Kicking the Footbag

It turns out that kicking the footbag before and after hiking miles with a backpack, is ideal. By limbering up the legs and establishing “foot-eye” coordination, a hike begins with the legs ready to go. Afterwords, the footbag loosens up the tired and heavy legs and eases out the soreness.
